Shipping

We offer free ground shipping on all orders in the US over $150!*

Your order will generally be processed in 2-4 Business Days. At times of higher volume, during launches and sales, it may take up to 6-7 business days to process your order. We ship via USPS and FedEx.  USPS orders take approximately 3-5 business to arrive.  This is just an estimate.  If you need your order by a specific date, please upgrade to FedEx Express Service.  

*Please note shipping large items (toys or furniture) may require additional shipping fees. Please contact us at Nicole@darlingempire.com to get a shipping estimate on large items before placing your order.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave our shop.  At this time we are not offering international shipping on our website. Please reach out to nicole@darlingempire.com for international shipping inquiries. We are not responsible for customs fees and have no control over the fees that are charged.

Returns/Exchanges

Please note all sale items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All Full Price items are eligible for exchange or store credit within 2 weeks of your order delivery date. *Exceptions may apply.  

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can send it back for an exchange or store credit. Please email us thru the contact form for a Return Label.

Exchanges and returns for store credit will be accepted within 14 days after delivery date.  The item purchased must be in the original condition that you received it (unwashed, unworn, and with tags attached) and with its original packaging.  

Returns are subject to a $10 shipping/restocking fee. It can take up to 2 weeks for returns to be processed.

We will issue you a credit for the purchase price of the merchandise minus shipping/restocking costs. We do not refund original or return shipping costs.

*All swim, beauty/apothecary, underwear, socks and holiday are Final Sale.  

All sales and promotions are not applicable to previous purchases.
